Source authentic figurines and collectibles from Japanese makers and licensed dealers, and deliver them to collectors worldwide.
What you'll do
- Identify and negotiate with new makers and licensed dealers
- Research limited and collab releases, secure pre-orders
- Own COGS, inventory levels and sell-through forecasts
- Maintain authentication standards with the QA team
- Curate marketplace listings and analyse performance
What we're looking for
- Native or business-level Japanese
- 2+ years buyer / MD / retail sourcing experience
- Domain knowledge of figurines, TCG, video games
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and KPI ownership
- Strong communicator who can build long-term vendor trust
Nice to have
- English or Mandarin communication skills
- Experience selling on eBay / Amazon / Mercari
- Personal passion for collector culture
