What you'll do
- Negotiate authorised supply agreements
- Build the annual promo calendar
- Manage purchasing, inventory and gross margin
- Track destination-market compliance (EU / US / CN, etc.)
What we're looking for
- 3+ years buyer / MD experience (beauty preferred)
- Native / business-level Japanese
- Comfortable owning contract negotiation
- Numerate and KPI-driven
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cosmetics export / import regulations
- English or Mandarin communication skills
