- Front-line Vietnamese customer support (email / chat / social)
- Translate and surface local customer signal internally
- Review and refine Vietnamese marketing copy
What we're looking for
- Native Vietnamese
- Business-level Japanese or English
- Customer-first mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with CS tools (Zendesk / Help Scout / etc.)
- eCommerce industry exposure
